Music is a very important part of worship at Glen Burnie. We have music ministries in many different focus areas from a praise band to handbells, drums to a traditional church choir.

Chancel Choir - The chancel choir is for high school age and above. It meets on Thursday nights at 7:30 in the sanctuary. The Chancel Choir provides music for the traditional services in the sanctuary, as well as music for special services (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Holy Thursday). The choir also prepares and presents Easter and Christmas cantatas during the church year. The Chancel choir sings from September through June, with special music selections during the summer months.
Children's Choir - The children's choir is for children below age 11. This choir meets on Tuesday nights at 6:30 in the choir room. The Children's Choir rehearses and performs once or twice a month during the traditional services, and also a Christmas cantata during the Family Christmas Eve service.
Handbells - The handbell choir meets on Thursday nights at 6:30 in the choir room. The handbell choir performs several times a year at the tradtional services as well as special services during the church year.
Praise Band - The praise band meets on Wednesday and Saturday evenings at 7:00 in the church social hall. They lead worship every Sunday morning at the contemporary service along with other special events throughout the year.
